As a Backend Engineer, you will have a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions that connect various systems and applications within our organization and with our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and directly with customers to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between systems. Requirements Responsibilities • Handle technical and other internal support tickets (deployments, technical issues, account related issues, configuration requests) • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly. • Design and implement integration solutions to connect different systems and applications, both internally and with customer systems. • Develop and maintain APIs, middleware, and other integration components. • Collaborate with development, operations, and commercial teams to understand integration requirements. • Work directly with customers to implement communication protocols and ensure successful integration. • Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems. • Document integration processes and solutions. • Monitor and optimize the performance of integration solutions. • Improve CI/CD processes and flows across different tasks • Find ways to improve workflow via automation Who you are • Bachelor's degree or higher in either Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant engineering discipline. • 2+ Years of proven experience in an integration engineering or similar role. • Strong knowledge of integration technologies and tools (e.g. REST, SOAP, ESB, ETL). • Experience in Java and Spring Boot • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS), microservices architecture and containerization (e.g. Docker). • Customer-facing experience and strong interpersonal skills. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong communication and teamwork abilities. • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Open to support teammates beside your core responsibilities.
