Who Is TIS, and Why Are We Here?

The beginning

With our 5th anniversary at our doorstep and preparing for our celebration, I stumbled upon some documents from the very beginning.

I am very proud that even though we changed the road and toolset a couple of times along the way, the goal remained the same. The goal we wrote down on our first business canvas and later our scale-up methodology, but of course, they have been very ambitious to reach.

Our belief

That first discussion on our WHY led to our belief that ”Every business deserves an IT partner who understands that IT should increase business value.”

Partnerships that last

Who could have imagined that after five years of creating self-organizing software development teams, helping our clients from idea to startup, to scale up even enterprises to their next phase in digitization, has led to partnerships where our clients promote us as advocates to their network? Next to the feeling of succeeding, of course, this is the biggest compliment we could get.

But enough of the bragging! Of course, we are not perfect. We made many mistakes during our journey, and we learned from them.

Get to know us

Would you like to learn more about who we are, why we are here, and what we deliver? Would you like to know what we have learned about working with our hybrid teams, different cultures, and people working on the same goal, and how we cooperate successfully with our clients and partners?

Follow us

If yes, please follow us on LinkedIn or on our website in the upcoming period, when we will share all the aspects of being a solution provider in the international custom software world.

And if you can’t wait, and of course, you can’t, give me a call or send me a DM!
