How Do We Roll?

Our Why

"Because we believe every business deserves an IT partner who understands that IT should increase business value." Of course, it leads to a really cool and logical dream and clear brand promise because partnering with us will give our clients "acceleration on their business through innovative/modern IT Solutions."

At the same time, we also wanted to be an organization with a no-nonsense mentality.

So how do we roll?

As a modern software development team, you need to have the right competencies and core values to be able to understand and help the client. For us, that means creating software that enables the success of our clients' business models. Next to having skilled people this also means we focus on values like customer centricity, business sense, open and direct communication, and teamwork, of course.

Reaching goals

To be able to reach the goals we set with our clients, we build small teams that exist out of different skillsets and experiences, but also we follow the T-shape model where the different team members have areas they have more affinity with than the others, stand out in or still have to learn.

Our teams

Some like to focus on automated tests, some on the functional part of the app, and others on the look and feel. Combining different interests, competencies, and levels of experience will lead to having self-organizing teams that bring the biggest value to our clients. Especially if the client is looking for proactive teams that embrace ownership, open and direct communication, and trust, the team is able to start a project fast and deliver the best quality needed for the clients' goals.

This, in the end, builds self-organizing teams, which bring the biggest value to our clients. Especially if the client is looking for proactive teams that can start a project fast and deliver the best quality needed for the goals.
